After transitioning from the Local Education Authority’s Support Unit, I joined Capita PLC based in Bedford and supported schools of all sizes across the county with their Information Management System (SIMS).

Role

• Provide telephone and on-site support to thousands of schools across the United Kingdom.
• Support and install Capita and Microsoft products.
• Support and install Servers and Computers.
• Liaise with 3rd parties for project work.
